Brought hope for me tooo.... :) She seemed kinda sincere in her apology, so I woudln't question it, but I guess I understand why some peeps would.
I still think it was strong of her to apologize here on y/a, though. I can't think of more than a couple of others who would.
And I'd like to know what made her apologize, though. I pray to God to forgive her--and the rest of us.

I have found a lot of nice Muslims on here. I do not believe that the religion they worship is true but none the less I think God will not judge as much by what religion you have as the kind of person you are and how you grow and handle the adversity you are subjected to upon this earth. Yes I do believe that you will have to let Jesus Christ cleanse your sins however I think even after death you will still have that chance.

I know that made me feel nice too. My hope in humanity was restored when I read the question by MelloYellow apologizing to atheists for statements made by a fundie, even though he didn't have to, he's a sweetie. : )

I'm with you.
That question definitely made my night a good one.

When someone does something good for me, I try to do something just as good for someone else. (kind of like a karma thing, i guess)

I gotta admit, this will be a tough one!

Don't get too happy too fast. People like this are few and far between in America. We are the most "entitled," arrogant, spoiled, and self absorbed people on the planet.

Anyplace else, I guess I see your point.

okay. so one person dropped a bit of pride for a few seconds. humanity has that capacity. but that's just a sliver of hope. I wanna see a forest.

I agree with her, muslims got it rough right now. Only three percent are fanatics
