do you know some quick conversion between WW2 british units in Pd. /pounder/ and standard /rest of world/ mm calliber?
it is just for a quick comparison i guess 19Pd. gun shall be approx. 90mm bore barrel. thanks a lot.

thanks indeed I know that the pound is qight measure but i guess that a typical gun usually fired a typical ammo and that should have the same caliber. it is not much important i just wanted to have a quick reference. when you say 88mm gun i got it quickly, from the effects to the size of the round. it is much more difficult to me to derive the size from weight of the round, since i am not a tanker nor artillery crew.
