Normal serum iron values are as follows:


Adult males: 75-175 micrograms/dL

Adult females: 65-165 micrograms/dL

Children: 50-120 micrograms/dL

Newborns: 100-250 micrograms/dL.

I am not sure but if iron is the problem add spinach into your diet and if you don't cook it at all you should only have it once or twice a week!!

The normals as you called them are:

FE-35-150(iron)
FE saturation-20-55)TIBC)
Ferritin-3-105(binding capacity)
WBC-4.8-10.8(whitebloodcells)
RBC-4.2-5.4(redbloodcells)
HGB-12.0-16.0(hemoglobin)
HCT-37-47(menocrit)
PLT144-420(platletts)

11.0 or lower in hemoglobin is low. Normal hemoglobin is 11.1-16. I hoped that helped.
