All the chances are yours to still have children as long as your reproductive sytem is still intact. Ultasound scan won't affect your ability to reproduce .Laparoscopic surgery won't affect as well as long as the vital organs for reproduction were not altered. There is always a chance having pregnancy after a previous miscarriage but be extra careful on subsequent pregnancies as there is a high possibility for another miscarriage though not always. 6 years after miscarriage and no any pregnancy? If you had attempted pregnancy within those years and failed then is something wrong but if no any attempt done then it is still very possible having children.

That is not a question that can be answered over the internet. We do not know the nature of your laparoscopic procedure, or the reason for your miscarriage.

If you have been trying to conceive for 6 years without success, you need to see a specialist in infertility. Your gynecologist can start the workup, or refer you to someone.

You may need to have more laparoscopic surgery to see if your tubes are intact, or if you have endometriosis that may be interfering with conception. They'll check a lot of other things too, like hormone levels.

Ultrasound is a non-invasive test that will not interfere with fertility.

Talk to your gynecologist, and good luck.

this is possibly that the Earth is as previous as scientists believe. by way of geology. we are able to work out how the Earth switched over over billions of years. yet something profound handed off with the advent of guy. Evolutionary info of guy's progression is sparse. on an identical time as we share many good factors with the apes, maximum mammals share the comparable good factors with in straight forward terms common transformations. even whilst making waiting an entire turkey at Thanksgiving, I ask your self on the similarity it has to a small toddler, with comparable anatomical good factors. What environmental forces led to the Apes to adapt into Homo Sapien isn't clean. some intervention by making use of a few exterior potential seems logical. extra logical than immediately up evolution.

Unless the doctor has ruled out children, why not?
