I do not know the specific scripture, however, the first instance is in the old testament (genesis) where it says that Man was alone and it was NOT GOOD. This occurs after God has brought all the animals before adam to be named. Adam recognized his need for a mate. God made a mate.
There are several sections where it talks about wives and husbands.

Proverbs 31: 10-31 talks about a Virtuous Wife.
It says her worth is far above rubies, The heart of her husband safely trusts her, so he will have no lack of gain.
]Hope this helps

Sin is sin in the eyes of God, Big or little sin matters not to God. Sex outside of marriage is a sin called fornication, Unrepentant fornicators are to have no part of the Kingdom. You are pushing 30 years old, Find one Good Christian women and make her your one love for the rest of your life.

Or maybe you are thinking of Proverbs 31 which speaks of the worth and value of a godly wife. Her husband esteems her highly and her children "rise up and call her blessed."

"he who finds a wife has found a good thing"
"a good wife is like a crown of splendor, but a spiteful woman is like marrow to the bones" (paraphrased, same analogies)
"husbands love your wives as Christ first loved the chruch"
" 'this is now bone of my bones, flesh of my flesh'...for this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh" -- Gen 2:23-24
