hi there,
try to make your own, use a pizza dough
you need
2 cups flour
1 pack dry yeast
pinch of salt
pinch of sugar
1 cup warm water
1/3 cup olive oil, ( regular oil will do too)
in a large bowl add flour, make a hole in the middle,
add yeast sugar, salt and water, cover with the flour mix all with hands, add oil and knead dough, ( you might have to add a bit more flour) knead until no dough stick to your hands.
put dough to side, cover and let rise til double the size, than knead dough , cut of a piece and roll out to round size, 1/2 inch thick, with fork poke holes in dough and bake, best if served warm add your toppings roll and enjoy,
PS: you can freeze pizza dough, portion the dough, when using the frozen dough, let defrost at room temp. let rise and repeat, like pizza . you can add herbs, of your likes

You could try Pita bread. That would be good. You can also get corn torillas that, of course, aren't floury. If you lightly saute the flour tortillas they don't taste floury either.

if you use whole wheat tortillas, they don't taste like a taco shell. also look for flat bread, or stuff your ingredients into a pita! a low-carb way to do it is to wrap it in lettuce.

Use a wrap. They have a bunch of different flavors at the grocery store. They are really good. You can find them right by the bread.

Look harder for a better soft tortilla. You can find them. I think that will make a big difference for you.

you can roll the tukey-rolls then put them on really good bread and eat it like a sandwhich idk. slice up really good bread into rectangles and place it on the bottom of the rolls. use french bread or sourdough or panini or like robusto baked bread. at least that stuff adds flavor to whatever you put on it.
