Weight-wise? Of course. Nutrition wise? No way.

Calories are not a problem. Calories are energy, that's all. We do need to aim to burn off as many of the calories we eat as possible, but we have to get them.

So we have to aim to eat mostly food with a high nutritional value per calorie. Fast food has a terrible comparison. It's practically no nutrition for up to over a thousand calories. This is why juice is better than diet coke- similar calorie count perhaps, but two completely different nutritional values.

My Niece does that and she is going on 25. She burns it up so fast and is slender but at a good weight at about 110 to 120.
She is very active. Pay attention to how you feel over all and don't keep it as a steady diet add some good things in too.

Definately not, friend. Take it from someone who lived on this stuff fow waaayyyy too long. It's not worth the amount of trans fats, saturated fats, you're getting, let alone the calories. Do a comparison to the content of 1 lg fries versus other things. I've given the stuff up almost completly.

have your cholesterol checked. if it is normal then fine. You really do not burn cholesterol, it stays in your arteries and by the time you are 75 you will be a babbling idiot from blockage of your arteries to your brain. The additives and hormones and chemicals they put in fast food can't be good for you but it is sooooo good. there are healthier ways to eat but if you can handle fast food with no ill health effects the "Have it your Way"

A person of any age thats active and exercises or walks every day would probably burn the calories pretty efficiently. But if you eat that much and veg in front of the tv, then probably not. I dont think it would be healthy to eat that way every day though.

Did you see the reality TV show where someone ate nothing but fast foods for a month? He gained so much weight, he got so sick that he had to stop before the month was over.

it's not just the calories contained in fast food it's the complete lack of nutrients. the human body could care less about calories that is a man-made concept. the body only cares about getting adequate nutrients so it can function properly.

No, it's still not ok. You are not getting good nutrition by eating fast food. Nutrition is very important, not just calories in/calories out.

You may have a fast motabolism, but it's still bad to eat fast food that much. It's not just the calories- it's the trans fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium...
