I just don't know how to stop the anxiety and constant obsessing. Even though everything is normal, I still obsess. How can I stop creating a problem where none exists? Again sorry if I grossed anyone out or anything lol

The anxiety is about bowel movements

I work in a nursing home and have a patient with the same problem. Oh God...I get so tired of hearing about hemoroids and the fact it has been 20 min. since his last bowel movement. I know he is sick in the head...It is called
OCD and you need medicine before you start putting things up in side you. Go to the Doc. and tell him you are obsessed, it is the only way out. This guy got meds and got better. Do it now before you are 82 and sticking pencils in your rear.

You must'nt label yourself as being obsessive just yet. Sit down when you have a quiet moment and think. Ask yourself WHEN did this worry start, WHAT triggered it and then you should klnow WHY you are still thinking about it. Have you seen something on tv about diseases of the bowel or heard about/has someone in your family suffered from. died from bowel related disorders? Have you read something somewhere that triggered a fear? Or is it the lavatory side of things, are you worried about germs etc if so, this worry has come from somewhere, maybe you heard a story about someone who got sick from not washing their hands after they used the toilet, or something like that?
The best way to face the fear, is to acknowledge the root cause. then when you know where it came from, half the monster is gone. Seciondly, if the thoughts you get upset you, go to a quiet, private place and take five minutes and say them out loud. Yes, out loud. And if you say them over and over, eventually you will see how silly they are. That is a proven method of dealing with obsessive thoughts that is employed by some therapists and it will help you to see it for what it is - just a thought. If this fails, speak to your doctor and see if he can lay your fear to rest.

Ask yourself what you're really worried about and is this worry a logical one or was it exaggerated by something you heard?

When I was young, I overheard my grandmother talk about how her sister just died from sepsis, caused by a blockage. For a bit after that, I was terrified constipation would kill me.

Only you know why. A psychiatrist will only guide you to find out what you already know.
