One of the best treatments for restless legs syndrome Is massage therapy. No tablet can replace someone working on your muscles. Taking a hot bath before bedtime can help relax the muscles so you can sleep better.

There are medical drugs available for restless leg syndrome, but you have to see your doctor and be evaluated to get this medicine.

Have a checkup with your doctor and see what advice is given and make your decisions from there.

You do not say how old you are....
'Restless legs syndrome' is a common malady in older people - and in a fair few who are not so old too. The treatments are still commonly based on quinine - (and no, you can't buy it 'over the counter')...
Its a worrying thing that you are developing a tremor in the upper limbs as well. This just could be the onset of something serious - Parkinsons, mild epilepsy and alcohol abuse are the first things that spring to mind. And your'e not going to get treated for those at a pharmacy counter...
What you need pal, is a full clinical exam, including a neuro work-up, to determine what exactly is going on with you.
Good luck.
