Restricting calories will help you lose LB's, but it won't help you loose ib's. If you want to loose ib's you need to stretch them out. I don't know how to stretch out ib's, though, because I don't know what ib's are. Can you elaborate on what an "ib" is? And why would you even want to loosen one anyway?

try to slow down on eating out(do not cut it out of ur diet completely-or u'll crave for it and eat it more often)try eating more salads and stick to basic food that isn't that fattening
