Dipping thin bonenless chicken breast halves into egg, then into breadcrumbs mixed with parmesean cheese. Fried to perfection. Along with some buttery pasta & cheese. A nice fresh garden salad on the side. What would you change or upgrade in this recipe? I'm open to all suggestions and ideas.

If you have parsley, put that on the pasta. And use plenty of garlic! For the salad I'd go with a balsamic vinaigrette with some crumbled feta and croutons. And make sure to season those bread crumbs with lots of garlic, oregano, and basil and maybe onion powder or cayenne or pepper.

Otherwise it sounds awesome!

This is just what I'd do.

Sounds really good!!! Try adding some chopped up Chipotle peppers (in adobo sauce) in your butter. The smoke flavor is just heavenly! It's got a little kick so ya don't need much but be sure to use some of the sauce. I've become hooked on them. I use them a lot in my cooking these days. It's always great to find different ingredents to use. Good luck.

I would take the fried chicken and put it in a oven safe pan and top with favorite marinara and a slice of mozzerella on each chicken place in broiler until the cheese is melted and starting to brown! Perfect Chicken Parmesan! Serve with your pasta.

This sounds like chicken parmesan to me, which is always delicious. You could add a tomato sauce to the pasta but it is really up to you. Good luck.

It sounds good to me. I would not add too much butter to the pasta and put the cheese on the side for everyone to add on their own.

Flour, egg, then breadcrumbs. Sounds like chicken parmesan to me, serve with some lemon wedges and you're good to go.
