My partner smokes pot daily. I'm never around when he does. Lately, his behavior has changed and i questioned if he was using other drugs. His response was no. Of course, we are intimate on a daily basis and I'm worried that kissing and "stuff" might make my test come back positive for somekind of drug. I'm currently on probation and get a urine test randomly. I don't wanna test positive for any drugs. I'm still working on finding out if he's using other drugs. i appreciate the feedback!

You would have to do that stuff yourself in order to test positive. And by the way, pot is a form of drug.

I don't think you will test positive from kissing, but if you breathe in any of the smoke, it will show up. However, you are allowed a very small percent of it to be on your results because they do that for the reason that you can't control what people around you do. If your breathing it in often, then you may exceed the amount allowed.

Absolutely not. If you don't do it you're in the clear. There was a study done just to test this theory. They filled the room with marijuana smoke and a bunch of people, while they felt the effects when tested there were no traces of the marijuana because they themselves did not ingest any of the THC. Hope this eases your mind a little.

You will not test positive for any type of drug on a UA screening only. However, I think you know you should not be around him while he is doing drugs. They could revoke your probation.

If you happen to stay in that room where he has smoke pot, and you stay three for sometime like two to three hours and you can smell the smoke, you will be tested positive for about seven days after exposure.

no you will not test positive because you are kissing or having se with him but if he has the smell in his hair or on his clothe and you inhale it you might chances are slim but still there plus why would you want to be around some one that does that and does not care enough that you might get into trouble think about your self honey

Ok, You are not going to test positive unless you are inhailing from him blowing at you or so, but other than that you are not going to test positive. You have to take a hit to test positive.
