ideas on some sayings I could put on it??? I thought maybe "Stay tuned, I'll be out in 9 months" or "Made in the USA".

I think "Buddha Belly" is really cute. If you are from VA then "Virginia really IS for lovers" is funny (the slogan everywhere is VA is for lovers). A "He did this to me" could be funny if used on the right person. "Baby under construction", "Caution: New Mom in training", "Body by Baby". Those are a few ideas. I hope it helps!
