I just got my braces off and now I have to wear this stupid Positioner. Its not at all comfortable and I'm not wearing it as frequent as my orho would like me to. I'm not sure what will happen because I don't want my teeth start shifting. I paid far to much to get my teeth staight and will hate if I caused them to shift.

If you don't wear the positioner your teeth will slowly shift back toward their previous positions. You paid a lot of money and discomfort to get your teeth straightened. If you give up now and don't wear the positioner, you'll have wasted all that money and pain. Why would you do that? So wear it. Every day, just like your orthodontist told you. Or realize you're kissing your investment bye-bye.

DEAR ADORABLE,
A BUNCH OF DISCOMFORT NOW IS WORTH THE TROUBLE OF NOT WEARING THE POSITIONER. LATER THE WHOLE THING CAN START ALL OVER AGAIN.
IF YOU DON'T WEAR IT, IT WILL TAKE THAT MUCH LONGER TO FINISH YOUR CASE.

If you don't wear it your teeth will shift and soon you won't even be able to fit it in your mouth.

they will start shifting, happened to my cousin and she's back in braces again

that happened to me. i didnt want to wear one at all and now my bottom teeth are awful! so wear it!!!
