With patience and talking to people of like mind. It is not going to happen over night. You also have to walk the walk and not just talk the talk. If you really mean it then your actions will exemplify this. Keep in mind that you will have many enemies because there are those out in the world who are ignorant and lack understanding. However, what I do is that I try my best to practice inclusion. There are times when I fail and there are times when I'm able to not think, feel and act divisive.

"Castes" and "creeds" were not there in the beginning.
Vested interests to safeguard their interests, divided society into such divisions and sub-divisions!
Our gullible predecessors did not bother to challenge it and meekly accepted it. They sowed the wild outs and we are constrained to harvest them!!
To do away with it , the society should throw it out, at the earliest.
