Ebay or craigslist.
List the David's bridal model number and size.

Get some good pictures (either take them yourself or download them from the internet) and then write up a really good description and post it on eBay. There are tons of dresses on there, and people are looking for a great deal. Its where I found MY dress!

I know from reading on this site that quite a few women have bought their dresses on eBay. However, where I live people also have success with just an ad in their local paper, or on their local newspaper's classified website.
The when? I guess when you feel it's okay to let go of it....

just fmi....why would you want to sell such a special item as your wedding dress? And if you are set on selling it then take good pictures and post it on ebay being sure to list exact measurements.

Take some nice pictures of it and try to sell it on E-Bay. The more detailed you get in the description the better...

I would sell it on ebay whenever you want, as long as you dont want to keep it for a daughter to alter one day.
