I've found several good recipes (that I've actually tried) on Allrecipes at http://allrecipes.com/ I've added those (and some other recipes I've found on other sites) at Desktopcookbook.com (http://www.desktopcookbook.com/) , a free online cookbook.

http://www.food4life.com.au they have some great simple and quick recipes that are tasty and I love the meal plans too.
