Nah, the old joke is "nose ring" (as in the woman leads the man around by the nose, like a bull with a nose ring) - however, that expression has gotten way out of date, since lots of humans these days actually DO have nose rings.
And, no, I don't agree with either! Marriage rocks!

no their are four rings in a marriage an engagement ring wedding ring eternity ring and suffering one you get when he asks you to be his wife the second he gives you the day he marries you the third you get when you have your first child and the forth you get if you married a louse for a husband in the first place

I think that this is true for some people. They get into a marriage with the wrong person, and the two people just keep disappointing each other, and the relationship deteriorates more each month.
I'm glad that we have no-fault divorce now, so that people can get out of loveless marriages more easily.
I also think that the trend toward waiting until the thirties to get married is positive. I think that the longer you wait, the more thought you can put into choosing the correct person to marry.

eternity ring on the birth of your first child.if your suffering the next ring should be a phone call to say your not coming back. lifes too short and you only get one

Only when you get the wrong partner. There is no suffering if you are with the right person. It took three marriages for me to find the last one last year though so if you are suffering tell your partner to sort themselves out and if they dont then find someone else.
