Contact your local branch of The Cat's Protection for help with neutering. They do vouchers that can halve the price at participating surgeries.

There's a Cat's Protection in Junction Road, the phone number's 020 7272 6048. Ring and ask if they can help you, they usually dish out vouchers like they're going out of fashion.
