We owned a 2004 LE Crew Cab Off Road but it was destroyed in a tornado in KY in 2006 not far from the KY, Tennesee border.
Anyway, we are getting a new one this spring. I said it was crushed but only the nose and you could still tell it was a Titan. It was silver with towing mirrors. It was towing our 36 ft camper to Florida for Spring Break.

I LOVE mine! Yes, it gets terrible gas mileage but so do all trucks that big with that much power. I paid less than $21,000 for a crew cab, all power, cruise, CD, more room in the back seat than a Park Avenue. And it'll tow almost 11,000 pounds bone stock!
The only reliability problem is the brakes, they are crap and the fronts will wear out in about 6,000 miles. But Nissan fixed them for free, and I'm at 21,000 miles now without a single problem.

Check out the new Super Duty Fords. If you want to tow, then look at the 6.4 diesel with the dual turbos. That engine sounds like a gas engine once it is started.

Just a thought but they have improved a great truck to begin with. We make them in Louisville, KY. In fact, you are close enough to come to the factory and watch it being built.

Nissan made many changes since 93. As for the premium fuel, you may get away with the middle grade gas as long as the motor doesn't ping.

Fuel mileage doesn't come close to a Chevy or GMC with their Displacement on Demand feature. But they do have decent stock ground clearance/approach angles and a fair amount of power.
