I'm not exactly lactose intolerant, some days I can drink milk without any problems, but there are days when my stomach can't handle it. I've recently discovered a brand of soy milk that tastes good and doesn't give me the stomach ache I sometimes get after drinking full cream milk. But I'm wondering, will I still be able to get the proper nutrients I need (not to mention sufficient calcium intake) if I replace milk with soy milk?

Soy foods are lactose free and a good substitute for milk or milk products if fortified with calcium
Soybeans contain rich protein, vitamins A, B1, B2, and other mineral elements. High-quality soy protein is considered equal to that of poultry and milk. Soybeans contain the highest concentration of protein among all the legumes
So u will be able to get the proper nutrients with Soy milk

Honestly, milk really isn't that great of a calcium source. Most of the "vitamins" and "nutrients" added to cow's milk are added AFTER the cow is milked. Those things (calcium, viatim D, etc.) are not naturally in the milk.
Having said that, you can indeed get calcium from soy milk. Many of the different brands have calcium added. And if you are still eating yogurt and cheese, you'll be fine as they too contain a fair amount of calcium themselves.

Full cream milk contains around four per cent fat and is a rich source of vitamins A and D. For children up to the age of two years, full cream milk is recommended.

Soy is also a good alternative as it is lactose free and a good substitute for milk or milk products if fortified with calcium.

Although milk is an excellent source of calcium, it isn’t the only one. Other good sources include:
Cheese, especially hard cheeses
Yoghurt
Calcium-fortified soy products
Calcium-fortified cereals, orange juice
Fish with edible bones, like canned salmon and sardines
Some nuts (almonds, brazil nuts)
Sesame seeds (tahini)
Dried fruit (figs, apricots)
Dark green leafy vegetables (Asian greens like bok choy).

To meet the body’s daily calcium requirement, it is recommended that you eat three serves of dairy products a day. One serve is equivalent to:
250ml of milk
35g (one matchbox-sized piece) of cheese
200g yoghurt
200g (four small scoops) of icecream.

soy milk is better for you then dairy milk...
so is hemp milk - which is high in omega 3s and 6s
almond milk, hazelnut milk, rice milk are all healthier than dairy...and they don't have pus and blood in them...
