I am in a similar situation. Just give him time to cool off. If he really loves you like he said he did then he will find his way back to you.
Set him free and if its meant to be he'll be back.

If he's gonna react and act like this then maybe friendship is all you shoulc look for right now from this guy. (Sorry). You are both still young and still have plenty of time. Let him chill and sort out his own head if he's a player then he may have his own worries about what you could do to him such as cheating. Don't give up just don't force the issue if he can see that you are relax it may help him too also.

I would suggest you to stop thinking about this man right away. He is not the kind of man u deserve, he is saying stupid stuff about u and u r taking it easy. It is better to cry now then regretting later. Even if things work out what is the surety he won't do this thing again? Leave him, otherwise, this relationship will give you more pain then happiness. It's high time u think about this relationship seriously. Is it worthy to continue with relationship? Think about it, you will surely ge t the answer yourself. All the best, consider each and every aspect of this relationship.

Baby girl, I too fell in love with my bestfriend and now that we are together as a couple we are still figuring each other out, from friends to lovers changes the course of the relationship, sometimes I say things that he dont get and the same with him, but because our love is TRUE we understand even when we dont understand, sounds confusing but communication is number one in a relationship whether friends or lovers, sounds like you did your part to understand him but hes not trying with you, in time you will receive closure, but you cant force it, things happen the way they happen for reasons.

erm what did u exactly say 2 him? u need to figure that out first. if he was a player and hes acting this way over something uve said, u have obviously had an impact on him for him to be acting in this way. mabey he really liked you, and probly still does, just talk 2 him again, and tell him how u feel, and ask why hes behaving this way. u have nothing to loose and everything to gain! best of luck x

Unfortunately you are paying for the mistake of chatting oline and then not remembering what it was you said! So he is probably confused getting signals from you then that were unintentionallly approached. If his regard for you is honourable, he would try to take a different tack and find out exactly what you are both looking for in a relationship.

#3 how i am handling it is i have given him time to cool off, but now i regret it, because i have heard he has moved on.
#4 phone him. tell him the truth that you liked him as more of a friend but now you're not sure.
#5 if he is a good enough friend and worth keeping, he will understand. if he is not, then don't worry about it. i hate falling for friends. =[

You mentioned that he's a player, maybe he's just using that as a reason to drop you and go play elsewhere. If he really knows you, and you said that you were drunk, then he should believe you sober. It just may be a lost cause.

Proceed with caution!!!!! You said he was a player. This could be one of his techniques to make you feel lucky to have him instead of making you lucky to have him.. If he is going to be immature like that then I would make him come to you. If you've been friends for a while I don't think he will just stop aknowledging your existence. But don't let him manipulate you into feeling bad. I don't mean to be negative, but guys can't seem to deal with their feelings in a mature way like girls can.
