haha...love the #1 answer and totally agree but women in their 30's and 40's actually care about personality. We are more of an individual at this age then when we teens and early 20's looking for the in guy.

That is like one of the most sexist questions I've read. I don't even want to start talking about all the assumptions. Do you mean that after women hit their 30s and 40s we need to not care about things like that so we can get a big strong man to take care of us? Get real!

Yes, looks matter at all ages don't think 30's and 40's are old cause soon you will be here! But most important is the personality and the honesty in the man!

We certainly need to be attracted to them - but we are not as shallow as men tend to be and will overlook minor things and don't insist you're a GQ model. A few extra pounds is not a big deal - but if you need to drop 100 lbs to be average chances are not so good. Women don't become blind because they are no longer in their 20s . . . but they do mature and see past some things that used to bother them.

No but women in their 20's do (most of them). As women grow older they start to place personality as more important. That's why nice (and physically inferior) guys finish late

We do, but it's not a priority. It's a bonus! It's hard to find a GOOD man that's drop dead goegeous. Most are DOGS posing as good men! SORRY!!! It's just a fact. Give man average looking, good man, with a job anyday!

They care that men take care of themselves.
Appealing to the eye is nice but if they are slobs and unemployed, who cares if they are appealing to the eyes.
