I am married and a student so I don't have much time to spare on planning foods to eat, etc, but my hubby and I are trying to eat healthier. Does anyone know of a website that gives mealplans to help you lose weight and eat healthier?
Or any other ideas to help us lose weight? We don't have that much weight to lose, about 50 lbs between the both of us. We have started a running plan and I am starting to drink more water. There are NO sweets in the house, I never buy them. I just have problems eating when I'm bored! Anyone know any healthy snack ideas?
