I work and go to school 5 days a week, super active in my church, deal with all the other crap in life most all of us o through therefore I absorb stress like a sponge, I try to work out at least 4 times a week for at least an hour, but lately mid terms have been getting the best of me. I feel weak when I exercise and easily tired, my stamina just isn't what it use to be...any suggestions? what are some good energizing exercise activites? Exercises that keep you awake and fight stress?

just like the person above me said, it sounds like you need something other than a work out. make sure you are eating well, and getting enough rest. I would suggest taking vitamin b complex. I am in a similar situation to yours (full-time student and part-time work)...I take Spectro Vitamin B-Stress. It gives me a lot of energy.
As far as working out, I sugges aerobics, because they do not fatigue your muscles (As opposed to weight lifting)
Good luck

All exercise fights fatigue and stress. Mental stress is taking over for me this week too with finals coming up next week. It's probably not gonna help to do more exercise. Just try to take it easy. Do the opposite. BTW, good luck on the mid-terms.

I enjoy ballet and yoga to engerize and/or ground me.

Sounds like you exercise plenty, but what you might want to focus on is your diet. Are you taking in enough vitamins, fiber, antioxidents, proteins and calories to get you through your day?

I enjoy starting my day with a protein shake with lots of blueberries (antioxidents) and bananas to keep me healthy. When I don't have one I can really feal the affects throughout the day.

You are sleepy probably because you are not sleeping well. Try to sleep during the day, sleeping early, or waking up late when you want to, to complete your sleep. See if you feel better that way. If it still does'nt get better, it might be cause by some medicine or drug you might be taking, or because of diseases etc. If it does'nt get any better by sleeping, try going to the doctor. If you want things that help you while feeling sleepy, try caffienated-drinks like pepsi. Eat something, listen to music(not the sleepy/calm type), watch Tv, wash your eyes and face etc.

Yoga and Tai Chi!

Tai Chi is really fun. It is like very slow dance movements.

Sounds to me like you don't need exercise, you need sleep.
