well, i just wanted to ask,
when you choose to start in safe mode,
you know that screen you get where it says, start in safe mode
start windows normally
ect
ect

is that screen part of windows, and if not where does it come from, and if so why does it ask how you want to start windows if its already started...
please xplain

ok basicly yes its a part of windows because if you make a critical change that might damage your pc then it will go into safe mode ;)

safe mode is basicly where no quick starts are enabled and just the basic windows setting exist so if you mess something up and now a program starts everytime your start windows and it tries to crash it, you can start in safe mode and it wont get a change since now you can uninstall it :P

its part of the boot files ... and it loads before any of the drivers ...
