last night me, my bfand my grandpa were sitting outside and my grampa is a total perv and my bf was holding me and my grandpa was talkin about Football girls [ i am one] and hes like " well all football girls have a big top if u get what i mean" and my bfs like " well duh they need it" and i slaped him for it and started jokin about his changin in front of guys thing and my grandpa says "ell hey the top part is what all guys look for including Patrick [ my bf]" and i turned to look at him and all hes doing is lookin down and i asked him about it and hes like " no i love u for who u are no matter how small or big u are" and i think hes being a suck up should i talk to him about it and see if he was just kidding or meaning it?

Sounds to me like her was just trying to entertain your grandfather. As awkward as that conversation might of been for you, your boy probably does indeed love you for who you are, but was just trying to hold a conversation and go a long with what your GP said.
I suppose you could ask him about it, but try to avoid making it like a huge deal. Just ask him about the conversation and nothing specific, just to guage his reaction.
Otherwise, I don't think it's a big deal.
