Ive been fighting the same 50 pounds for 5 years. I feel sluggish tired and cranky alot, and overwhelmed by all that needs to be done. But sitting on the couch will do nothing, nor will feeling resentful of my husband for not helping. Today, Im going to spend a solid hour just tossing junk from my apartment. Cleaning and straightening. I will also take my daughter out for fresh air, for a walk and to the park. I am going to drink more water, because Ive read dehydration is one of the leading causes of fatigue. Each day Im going to try to post something Ive done to get out of the rut Im in. My goal is to have a home so clean, its not hard to keep up, and a fitness routine that has me exercising at least 1 hour a day to get fit. So whether its walking for five minutes, or drinking an extra bottle of water, what have you done to improve your life and health today?

Wow... good for you! I guess what I've done today to improve my life was simply reading your post just now. I needed that kind of motivation- something to get me out of the rut I'm in lately. I've been wanting to start exercising more, I've been wanting to do some good spring deep cleaning, I've been wanting to start eating better, but instead lately, I find excuses and place blame. It's really good to know someone else is feeling much the same way I am. It sounds like you have some good solid goals. Good luck to you, and thanks for the motivation! I guess I'm off to clean now :)

I am taking up a brand new undertaking till tuition is over...my buddy's son is having a rough time in tuition(its a adulthood factor ) however I can be looking him for the leisure of the month. So this implies I may have four youngsters throughout the day. As a Christian I consider that God made us to be sort, loving and serving to others. If you're sort and loving it comes again. WOW good luck to you.. II know the rut. And I know it well.
I started watching what I ate, walking a mile daily and just trying very hard to be positive.
Every nite I exercise while watching t.v with my grrls.
I do 2 loads of laundry, and PUT it away!
And I too am drinking tons of H20 daily and gave up the soda!!

I woke up at 5:30, jogged 5 miles, went home and then went to work, ate a good salad at lunch and I feel great.
Thanks for asking and good luck with your new routine and weight loss :)

I reaffirmed my love for the woman of my dreams, have enjoyed 5 glasses of water thus far, made it to work on time even though I only slept 4 hours last night, and am going to do laundry after work.
