i started my skin care regime when i was a young teenager...i`ve been tanning outside since i was 12 or 13, & have used tanning beds almost year-round for more than 15 years & i look 15 years younger than my actual age...almost everyone i encounter who doesn`t know me personally, has no idea of my true age, & i feel it`s because i don`t skimp when it comes to using moisturizers, eye creams etc....moisturized skin helps lessen the development of wrinkles...

Using tanning beds can be just as damaging as the actual sun. Using an spf of 30 or higher is your best bet. I think wrinkle creams are a gimic.

I think using wrinkle creams will not preserve your skin from any damage. Sunblock will protect your face from getting any wrinkles, or damage. But from what I've heard fake tanning is better for you than real tanning without protection.

To certain degree. I think that the tanning will give you more wrinkles and the anti-wrinkle creams will help make them less noticeable. You would probably get the same thing if you did nothing (no tanning, no creams.)

no. anytime you expose your skin to UVA and UVB rays from either the sun or tanning beds, you increase your risk for skin cancer. wrinkle creams may hide the damage for a short period of time, but the only thing that will preserve your skin is to use sunscreen of at least spf15, higher if you have fair skin.

No, anti-wrinkle creams are to prevent and repair skin damage in combination with sun avoidance and regular use of sunblock.
