No, I believe they all do now. If you don't have one - get one. If you can't get one, or don't want to risk being discovered...why not do us all a favor and return home - or turn yourself in.

A social security card is one of the ways the state can tell if you are legal or not. Because of federal requirements, most states require you to show you have a card before they will issue you a license. I'm assuming you don't have one? Get one.

No. You need to prove that you are in the US legally in order to be issued a driver's license.

Nope.. besides Homeland Security issues, the state also reports your car ownership if you are a deadbeat dad/mom or if you owe income taxes.
