I admit, I do have problems, I know it's my fault and i'm working on being a better Christian(person), but I got mad at God last night and said "where are you,..who are you?..and why me?"...is this blasphemy? the only unforgiveable sin?

The only unforgivable sin it to deny the Holy Spirit by turning away from God's offer of Life until the end of your life. He knows your problems and is living them with you. Have you trusted Him to recreate you? Then trust Him to mold you into the person He wants you to be. Hey we all get upset with our lives from time to time. Sometimes we lash out at God. Then as you have we come to see that the problem was our own fault in the first place and He was letting us suffer the consequences as a form of discipline. Think of the the Apostle Peter did denying our Lord 3 times OUT LOUD to non believers in ONE night. Was he forgiven? Don't be so hard on yourself. Confess the sin and ask Him to make you stronger for the next bout with the natural man inside us all... Jim

You don't have to go mad at God because he has nothing to do with your problems. It is best to look at God as hope, but, on the other hand, being lousy at achieving your goal is just as bad. Blaming it to God, is absolutely wrong. But, even your God would say, no matter what you would have said, as long as you know how to move forward, then you are more than forgiven. Make a realistic attribution. Whose fault is it? could it have been you? could it have been a taxi driver? could it have been your love one? Don't blame it to a stone who could not even barely move, or do any better on this earth.

Blasphemy is insulting and denying God. Being mad at God isn't the same thing. Asking "where are you?" and "why me?" isn't the same as calling God names or hating him.

Think of it like this - we are all called to have a relationship with God. We're human and we're weak so naturally we get angry, upset, dejected, frustrated, etc. Can you think of anyone in your life to whom you have never felt anger? This is part of the miracle of God's love: we can get angry, but we will always be loved and forgiven, if we ask for that forgiveness. And at least you turned TO God, not away from Him. That in and of itself is a form of prayer.

If I might offer a suggestion... next time you get angry, speak your piece to God and then quiet yourself to hear the reply. It might not be in words, but there is something deep in the silence that speaks to our hearts. If nothing else, the knowledge that God loves us.

No, I don't think that is unforgivable. Denying the Holy Spirit, or the existence of God is unforgivable because the connection has been severed. We all get mad, we all ask why, God wants to answer you, and he will. He understands you, he understands your shortcomings and he wants you to depend on him to remove them and strengthen you.

It is not blasphemous to be angry at God. In fact, your anger shows passion for your faith, and indicates your desire to be a better Christian. Asking God for answers is a form of prayer, whether the prayer is said in anger or love, and prayer is communication with God.

no Jesus forgave the thief on the cross in his last hour of life, even after the thief mocked him to his face.
God is very forgiving, you have to remember the big picture, Gods will be done, not your will. He will discipline his children and put them through trials so that they will be spiritually complete when they reach eternity.

No, it's pretty normal and allowed. From time to time we all get mad at those closest to us and I don't think that what you said was blasphemous. Jesus said that if you blaspheme the Father it may be forgiven, if you blaspheme the Son, it also may be forgiven but if you blaspheme the Holy Spirit, it will never be forgiven.

The best thing from this experience is that you realize that it is your fault and you are not trying to blame your problems on someone else.
