Sweat, oil, lack of cleanliness, ingrown hair, clogged pore, or it could be skin cancer depending on what it looks like. See a doctor if any of the following ring true:

The ABCDE's of skin cancer:
A - Asymmetry: One half of the lesion does not mirror the other half.
B - Border: The borders are irregular or vague (indistinct).
C - Color: More than one color may be noted within the mole.
D - Diameter: Size greater than 6 mm (roughly the size of a pencil eraser) may be concerning.
E - Evolving: Notable changes in the lesion over time are suspicious signs for skin cancer.

People often develop pimples that seem to never go away which could also be skin cancer. If you arent sure its truly a pimple, get it checked.

A pimple is nothing but a clogged pore...Since you have pores all over your body, it's entirely possible to get one anywhere.

Just clean it, like you'd do if it were on your face, and it will go away.

It might be an ingrown hair, or where your clothing rubbed and irritated.
