No. The only occasion Jesus commanded us to observe was the partaking of communion "in remembrance of Me." (This is the closest to a "Feast" that a Christian has.) This is because most of the feasts were fulfilled by Jesus' birth, ministry and death.
There is one exception: Zechariah 14:16 tells us that, during the 1,000 year reign of Jesus, the entire earth will observe the Feast of Tabernacles (Feast of Shelters or Dwellings). However, even this feast will no longer be observed once God the Father dwells on the earth after Jesus hands it over to Him. See Revelation 21:3.
The Feast of Tabernacles is not relevent to a Christian because the Holy Spirit dwells within him or her; thus, each Christian becomes God's tabernacle on earth. But you must remember that the dispensation of believers during the 1,000 year reign is entirely different than what we have now, which is called the "Church Age."
Good question.

The Feast Days were given to the Jews as a part of their covenant relationship with YHWH. The feasts are beneficial to the church because they are prophetic of the Messiah's first and second coming, as well as the inauguration of the church. Few realize that this is paralleled in the furniture of the tabernacle.
Read these studies, they are awesome!

The answer is no.
All practices, rituals, feasts, etc presented in the Law Covenant were abolished by the death of Jesus.

Yes a christian should keep the feast days.
The bible must be taken in context.
Yahshua (Jesus) kept the feast days
Paul kept the feast days.
Paul said to follow him as he follows Yahshua.
The Apostles were where on what day? They were where they were suppose to be on the day they were suppose to be there. in Acts 2 they were observing Pentecost which is a biblical feast day and they were in Jerusalem which was where in that day they were suppose to be for the feast.
The feast days show the plan of Salvation. Not all of the plan has been complete yet. We are still in the Pentecost period of that plan.
Yahshua instructed his diciples "as often as you do this do this in rememberance of me". He did not set up a new custom he simply explained the signifiance of the old custom. We should desire to reherse this plan year by year.
Instead of questioning the feast days (God is the same yesterday (old testiment) today (first centery church) and tommorrow (now)) perhaps you should be questioning the Days that mainstream christianity keeps. You will not find even one of them in scripture.
His feast days did not change nor has one jot and tittle been removed from the law. If you point to sacrifice I will point you to Hebrews which tells you that Yashua was our final and one and only sacrifice. It hasn't been done away it is no longer neccisary for those who accept Yashua. We do not however have any command to observe any other days than the ones prescribed in Leviticus 23.
As for the passage in Galations 4:21-24 lets remember that you should seek the whole council of God not just a select few scriptures that prove your own belief system. I would refer you to one of Paul's other writings try Romans 3:31. the preceeding verses are talking about justification by faith not works so its the same context.
All it means is that we can not earn our salvation by works but only by the grace of God and faith in Yahshua. however he is quick to point out that the law is not done away but that we establish the law.
Read John 14-17 What does Yahshua say about obedience to the law. Some will say the Law of Messiah (christ) is differant from the Law of Moses but the Law of Moses in misnamed it is actually given to us by God himself (read the exodus account God himself thundered the 10 commandments (Actually Yahshua in a preincarnate form but we are splitting hairs now)) and Yahshua said My words are not my own but the Fathers. I don't think the law of Messiah is differant than the "Law" christians try so hard to avoid.
1 John 5 states that those who love God are those who obey his commandments and they are not a burden to them.
It is said that we follow the law of Messiah and those are the commandments that are reiterated in the new testiment.
When Yashua was asked what the most important commandment was he said to love the Lord your God with all your heart and all you soul and all your might and to love your neighbor as yourself on these two hand ALL the commandments.
He also told his followers that not all who say to him Lord Lord will enter the kingdom...and he will say to them depart from me you lawless ones. I never knew you. Matt 7
We see his personal example of attending the Sabbath and the feast days. We have him saying he is Lord of what day? The Sabbath, Not sunday not wednesday not christmas or easter but Sabbath.
Yes we should strive to keep his feast days.

The Passover was given to man prior to the law of Moses (the scriptural old testament). So yes, we christians should observe it. I will be checking others in the near future, God permitting.

We don't need to, but whatever we choose, we should be convinced in our own minds.
"One person decides that one day is better than another, while another person decides that all days are the same. Each one must be fully convinced in his own mind. The one who observes a special day, observes it to honor the Lord. The one who eats, eats to honor the Lord, since he gives thanks to God. And the one who does not eat, refrains from eating to honor the Lord; yet he, too, gives thanks to God." (Romans 14:5-6)
