Word isn't the best thing to use in this case, Microsoft publisher would probably be better, but if you don't have that then you can always put columns in by clicking on Format, then Columns. Then choose how many columns you want. But, like I said publisher would probably do leaflets better for you.

There are always many ways. Publisher is certainly a good alternative. (Publisher basically picks up a Word document and places it into a formatted template.) Avery.com may have a form template (I'm not certain, but it may be worth investigating... Another possibility is, if the page size is right, set up your page for portrait or landscape (depending on which is correct) then set up "format columns" for two-column mode, then play around with the formatting to get two pages worth...then print'er out, then print one page at a time, and slip that page back in the printer, and print the backside.

The last option is what we do with our newsletter...We run off 75 copies of our frontides, then stack in the frontsides and run off 75 copies of the backsides (all 2-columned).

You would find it easier to use Publisher, but you can use word if that's all you have.

1. Go into page set up and set your paper size to A4.

2. Draw a text box on the left hand side of the page and drag it to the centre, so that it fills this half of the page.

3. Draw another identical text box from the centre to the right hand edge, filing this side of the page.

The right hand side will be your front page and the left hand side the back page.

4. Call up a new page and repeat the process as before.
The left hand box will be your inner left hand box and the right - the right.

You print page 1 and then print page 2 on the other side.

Hope that helps.

Go to file - page set up and change it to landscape. Then go to tools - columns and choose a three column layout.

Do you have Publisher on your computer? You might find it easier to do it in that.

While in Word, to go Pages Setup, under Margin, in Pages part, select Multiple Pages, then pick your choice.
