No God does not want anyone to go to hell but he cannot force us to believe in him.

God wants that everyone should go back home to be with God.
But, one out of foolishness of childishness wants to touch the fire of hell, God forbids. If one does not listen, God does not stop the free will of the minutely independent person. So, one goes touches the fire of hell, then after realizing it, will not touch it again. Hell is not eternal but temporary place like prison house where the criminals are punished to correct their behavior.
