im a senior in highschool and dont have much time to exersice with home work and chores. s how many minutes are good? im hoping to lose a few pounds in 10 days with exersice and eating healthier

walking at least 30 minutes each day will help you. you can even break it into 2-3 periods of 10-15 minutes each.
