I don't actually get HUNGRY, I just get bored and start eating everything. I really need to curb my appetite so I don't gain weight but I don't know how :S Do any of you know of things that keep you fuller for longer?

Keep a glass of water handy...sipping water will help you feel full. Go for healthy snacks instead of junk food (edamame, celery, fruit, raisins, etc.) for when you do want to snack. Besides, eating several small healthy little meals throughout the day is better than eating three big ones; it actually keeps your metabolism cranking!

I think we all eat out of boredom. What I did when I first started losing weight was look at a picture of myself at my heaviest. Now whenever I want to munch when I really don't need it, I remind myself of that picture and think of how I'll look when I get down to my goal weight. Bananas work good as fill food. Oatmeal does too. Try eating protein in the morning for breakfast so you stay full longer. Drink lots of water and try to do something to distract your urges whenever you feel them and keep lots of fruit sitting on your counter to eat instead of the fattening snacks in the cupboard. Once the bad snacks are gone, don't buy anymore. Good luck!

I'm the exact same way. What usually works for me is drinking water with a lemon slice and chewing gum. Also, if you have to eat something, like be chewing on something have an apple because those usually fill me up right away and you wont feel guilty for eating an apple.

As already mentioned WATER WATER WATER .
Also, keep this in mind. At that moment where you start to feel a craving that is the moment your body is actually burning up excess fat and sugar. If you have to munch then munch on what are known as "Free Foods" . That is foods without calories like apples, pickles, cucumbers , carrot sticks etc...
These will stave off your munchie wants .
