Actually, that's a pretty well formed sentence. You could go with past tense "when model Ryan GOT his very....", but gets is also acceptable. I do think that "receives" is probably a better word than "gets", but both are fine. If you use either of those words, you will have to change "with a girl" to "from a girl" however. Whichever way you choose, it's still better English than 95% of the postings on here.

It's correct English grammar already, but since English is such a flexible language, you could put the statement in a number of different forms, evoking different feelings.
Gets and receives are the same thing. The only difference is that one is more "common" and the other more "educated".
One possible re-wording could be:
Have a look at the very end of the clip, when Ryan, a model, is kissed by a girl for the first time.
But play around with it and come up with your own alternatives.

Here's how it should read:
Check out the very end of the clip when model Ryan receives his very first kiss from a girl.
Cheers!

I would say "When Ryan HAS his very first kiss WITH a girl" or "When Ryan GETS his very first kiss FROM a girl". Present tense is OK since your viewer is currently watching the clip.

I would say:
"Check out the very end of the clip when model Ryan gets his very first kiss from a girl".
I would switch "with" to "from".

you are correct to say 'gets his very first kiss'.
You get kissed. You receive mail.
You get tired. You receive a check.
You get angry. You receive a court order.
Hope this helps!

Either would be correct, however think of the group of readers that are reading this. Use the word that you think would be used by that group.
