Milk is actually suppose to be good for dieting, I'm not sure if you are dieting or not I just seen it was under that. So if you are craving chocolate why don't you go to the store buy you some chocolate syrup and make some chocolate milk.
That or with me I'm trying to lose weight so I have been buying some pudding pops I know it still has fat in it but I'm sure that it's not as bad as all the other stuff or I eat a granola bar, they have chocolate chip and stuff like that too, they aren't to bad for you.
Good luck and I hope that I helped out somehow!

I have this fantastic candle that smells of chocolate and when I feel like a choccy treat I have a sniff of it and the craving goes away! You can also get pens that smell of chocolate too - fantastic.
I read in a book that you should train your mind to make you believe that chocolate is not nice but something disgusting, like poo. Not tried it myself cos I wouldn't want to never eat chocolate again. I think the best thing is to let yourself have just one square of chocolate (dark is best) so you satisfy your craving and then leave it there. If you stop yourself from ever having it you will only want to binge on it which is not good.

The supplement chromium will help stop the cravings. Take one tablet three times a day with meals and after a week you should feel a big difference. Another supplement that helps is L gutamine. Take one tablet first thing in the morning with a glass of water one hour before eating.

you could try and get your mind onto something else like a tv program or something you need to do around the house etc dont watch the adverts in between programs either they are usually for food you shouldnt have.....
if you really are craving chocolate go for the dark chocolate and the more coco in it the better, it has antioxidants and is pretty good for you but dont go overboard and eat a case full.

Chocolate isn't bad for you only if you eat a lot of it.. When you have a craving depending on what time it is just have some just not alot cut what you usually eat in half. If its past 8pm just have healthy fruits like apples, oranges, grapes, etc.

I sorry but I feel in moderation you should feed your cravings as they will just get worse. Banning any food makes you altomatically want it Try saying I can have it if I really want it but do I really want it? Remember if you cheat the only person you cheat is yourself. Remeber keeping busy takes your mind of food..
