No crying babies, no screaming children, no children at all under 16 years of age.
I know, 1st class, I had a screaming baby next to me in first class and in business class. I would be more than willing to pay extra.

If you've ever spent a flight crammed into a coach seat traveling from Dallas to NYC with a kid kicking you in the left kidney for the whole flight, you would certainly cough up the extra few dollars if it meant keeping the little demons off the plane.

Given the proportion of adults to children on flights, I have much more often been annoyed by offensive, loud, disrespectful adults than a crying child. So no, I would not pay extra to have all adults.

Yes. Last summer, I got stuck on a very full 6 hour flight, and there was an empty seat next to me. Because there was some nursing mother who wanted an extra seat, they moved her next to me. I told the flight attendant I did not want to be seated near a baby, but he said she was given preference over me - WHY?

I'm 14 and I regularly travel Business and First- especially on trains and BA in particular. I've never seen another teenager in these cabins.
