I often think about this. I believe that God works with anyone who has faith, regardless of specific doctrines. Many fundamentalists (of various faiths) believe that God only works through their particular brand of faith. Yet I see God working in the lives of people of all faiths, even those faiths that I disagree with. God even works with people who believe in religions or scriptures that I may judge as "bogus". So my approval or disapproval doesn't matter to God. LOL!

God works in the life of anyone who has faith because God is a parent who loves all of His children. He is happy with any relationship we have with Him. This relationship of love is more important to God than adhering to a specific doctrine.

If we really want to be children of God, and long for the deepest relationship possible with Him, our love should be as universal and unconditional as His love.

Atheists say no. It is not better to have the wrong faith. And atheists do have faith in humanity.

Not necessarily. We all go the same way, whether theist, deist, satanist, aethiest . . .

I have found no great behavioral differences between athiests with regard to moral behaviors, save for the fact that they are more accepting and tolerant of all peoples regardless of sexual orientation, religious affiliation, etc etc.

I think it would be better to have the faith that offers redemption from original sin and present sin. If any faith offers this through Christ then go for it.

Of course not.
There are dozens of major religions and thousands of sects. I know in my heart and soul that my religion is the correct one and all the others are completely wrong... because my parents and religious leaders told me so.
