Jesus sent Peter and John to prepare the Passover.
They asked Jesus where did He want them to prepare for it.

Jesus replied," As you enter the city, a man carrying a jar of water will meet you. Follow him to the house that he enters, and say to the owner of the house, The Teacher asks: Where is the guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples? He will show you a large upper room, all furnished. Make preparations there."

They left and found things just as Jesus had told them. So they prepared the Passover. (Luke 22: 7-13)

Jesus sent one of the disciples ahead to "a friend" of Jesus.
This person's name escaped the writers knowledge, or for security reasons was purposely left out.
We know the room was on a second floor and was quite large, since it accommodated large tables and bench's that they lay down on while eating (Divans). It was well prepared, and they had already eaten the evening meal when Jesus began the ceremony.
Further than this is in your bible...............Help?Hope so.

There were no chalices or goblets.Probably all the plates and cups were pottery or carved olive wood.
Mark says two disciples went up and prepared but it doesn't say which two.
