mushroom stuffed with cheese and crab meat
I'm thinking a wine for a drink
and desert a possible lemon cake with a lemon glaze in the inside like a chocolate lava cake but lemon

Not the chocloate cake based on the sea food so it will be a lemon lava cake

That sounds delicious. I've never eaten stuffed mushrooms before. I believe that dinner would be less expensive than a dinner at the Red Lobster restaurant. One plate of food costs about $20 or more at the Red Lobster, and you have to leave a tip. It's not uncommon for wealthy people in New York to spend more than $100 at some restaurants. A dinner you make at home can taste as good or better than what one of the highest-paid chefs can make. It's great that you know how to make a dinner, because there are many people that don't. That's why restaurants make so much money.

Sounds delicious, however not all together--you are going to have a totally white/brown meal! Add some color like steamed asparagus or baked stuffed tomatoes. A nice shiraz would do well and maybe something more textured than a soft cake that is similar to the meal. How about fresh strawberries, grapes and apples in a fruit salad?

i love seafood so i hope this turns out great for you! i think white wine goes with fish, and lemon lava cake is an interesting and different take on that sort of cake. ive never tried to make stuffed mushrooms before but i know that they can turn out quite greasy if you prepare them with the wrong kind of cheese. good luck!
