Seek & you shall find. It is a promise in Gods Word. God is watching you. God knows what you are considering.

Evil Knievel couldn't believe in God, but all of a sudden God gave him faith to believe. Faith is a gift of God. It has to do with an honest heart to want to find God. Evil Knievel just gave his testimony in the Glass Cathedral. Hundreds came to Christ because of his testimony. He is born of God.

Just confess that you are a sinner & done too many sins against God to know. Ask Jesus to come into your heart. Ask God to forgive you for not believing in His Only Begotten Son. Confess with your mouth, Jesus Christ your Lord & Savior. Believe in your heart He raised from the dead. God looks at your honest heart. Heart faith is sooo important.

For with the mouth confesses unto salvation.

And with the heart one believes unto righteousness. (Romans 10:10)

Renew your mind in the Word of God. The truth will set you free.

Remember that the old man died, your are washed in His Redeeming blood, the new man alive in Christ forevermore.

But you will sin again. The Holy Spirit will convict you in your new spiritman. So in 1 John it writes to confess your sin. He is faithful & just to forgive you your sin and cleanse you from all unrighteousness. This could be difficult, but it is a promise that God will make you right.

It is impossible for those born of God to abide in sin (make it a comfortable habit) because of the Holy Seed within. So, be glad when the Holy Spirit convicts you of a sin. God is patience and usually works on one wrong thinking at a time. When you recognize the sin, confess it to God in prayer.

Also, find a church founded on the Rock & that Rock is Jesus Christ. A Church that believes the whole Bible and the Bible confirms anything preached. A Church that doesn't add to or take away from His Word with other doctrines to save you. It is by Grace we are saved (What Jesus did for us. Read Isaiah 53) and not by works, lest anyone boast.

These Churches do alter calls for people who want to make a public confession of Jesus Christ their Lord. Acting out in faith, helps build faith & God sees you aren't ashamed of the Gospel, but is humble wanting to be restored to God in relationship. Then you should be water baptized to be a witness for Gods saving grace. This is an act of obedience & faith also. Your hearts confession is always to God.

You are sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise as soon as you are born of God, through confession & heart faith.

I was saved when I was desparate. I went forward at http://www.riveroflifefellowship.org when I hadn't had any real sleep for a year & was oppressed. God healed me.

The Pastor preaches victory and also is anointed by God and also very much believes the whole Bible Truth.

Another good Pastor & victory in Christ teacher is http://www.joelosteen.com .

I am so not well-versed enough to guide you in all this. But I can say, NO, God has not turned his back on you. YES, you will be forgiven (that you desire to be and want to change has probably already made you forgiven). All you have to do to get back in His good graces is ask for forgiveness, accept His Son as your Savior, and move on in faith! There's a great woman, who was an addict and a stripper for years. She is now redeemed and runs a ministry to reach out to other addicts/strippers. Her website is Victoriasfriends.com. Find a local Christian Church and just start going! Get a bible and start reading! You can do it! Good Luck to you!

Well first, if God turned His back on us, then there would be none of us in here talking about Him. We are all forgiven, sins are sins.

To know God, comes from your heart. You can't know God logically until you know Him in your heart. You can read the bible, thats a huge start. Start with John. You can pray the sinners prayer asking God to forgive you of your sins and to come into your heart.

As far as a church, there are many out there. What I have done is found respected Christians that agree with what I believe of the bible and had them look at the church websites to see if its a good church. Then attended and saw for myself. God will show you which church is right when your there.

God's grace will come when you ask Him into your heart and ask forgiveness.

We can't understand God's grace and love and forgiveness with our human minds. Its so much more greater than we can concieve. He is real, He is there, He loves you and He's just waiting on you.

Hi,

First of all, yes you can be forgiven. No one is beyond God's grace which is why He is so wonderful. God never turns His back on us, it is we who move away from Him and He is always waiting for us to come home. Find a good Bible believing church. I would recommend a Church of Christ but if there is another church close to you then by all means GO. You can also go on the web and find a local Christian radio station, many times they have a listing of local churches and they also have counseling lines. One that you can call right now is 888-633-3446. Don't wait, follow your heart. The Bible tells us that to be saved we must know that we have sinned and seperated ourselves from God. Admit that we need God in our lives, give our lives over to God, turn from sin, ask God to come live in our hearts and be baptized.
Please know that God loves you and wants you home. Good luck and God bless.

God NEVER gave up on you, and he NEVER will. He knew that you would turn back to him. Congratulations to you - you just made the single most important decision of your life. Pray to God and ask him to forgive you of your sins. Ask him to come into your heart and be the Lord of your life. What a relief it will be to know that God is now in control. Visit several Christian churches until you find one that just feels right. You will know it when you find it! God Bless You.

All have sinned, and God's promise is that He will forgive us of even the most atrocious sins. Begin with a good prayer. I'm assuming you are discussing the Christian God...open your heart to God in prayer. Admit to all the evil that you have done. Pray that you accept that Jesus is his only Son, and you believe that He died on a cross for you. Pray for forgiveness, earnestly. And He will forgive! Read your Bible...I'd start in the New Testament. Visit churches til you find one you like...just remember. God doesn't live in the church. He lives in our hearts. Good luck.

The following is the truth as I know it:

You cannot WANT to come to God unless He wants you. I could quote you scripture, but for now I will leave that to future conversations if you want them. God, as close as we can understand Him, is in the Bible, Jesus being the coverer for our sins. What we have to do is trust Him. If we believe what He says, and trust Him to do what He says, we can become a part of His kingdom, and counted as one of His children.

I have e-mail and IM if you want to discuss this. I also am a member of factoropinion.net and am known as KingReef there. ( The latter is the preferred mode of communication)

You need to repent. Just confess to God just what you said right here. Be honest and open with Him, and ask Him to forgive you,if you are sincere, and truthful with God, He will forgive you, confess it all to Him, lay it ALL out on the table, get it all out in the open don't minimize or hide it, say it like it is. And you MUST renounce ALL satanic activitiy, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Tell Him the truth about how you feel. Talk to Him like you do anyone else, like a good friend, with respect ofcourse, tell Him what you've done, that you're sorry, and ask Him to come into your heart and change you, and wash you all your sins away. Tell Him that you will follow Him all the days of your life, confess to Him that you are a sinner, and ask Him to help you. Ask Him to create in you a new heart, a clean heart. Ask Him to teach you how to live the way He wants you to live. which church to go to, and anything else that is on your heart. Just tell Him, ask. He already knows it, He just wants you to say it. If you pray this with a sincere heart, God will honor it. If you have anything in your home or your possession connected to satanism, burn it! Ask the Lord to make you aware of anything else He wants you to do. He will.

Dear Lord Jesus, I lift this one up to you, You said Lord, that You stand at the door and knock, and whoever hears Your voice and opens the door, You will come in. I ask You Lord to receive this one, have mercy on him, forgive him and set him free Lord Jesus, of any bondages from the past, Give him a new life, and a new heart, and a new dream. Let him be all You created him to be, that You may be proud, and not brokenhearted. In the Name of jesus Christ I pray, Amen

Next thing is to get you a good Bible that's easy for you to understand if you don't have one. New International Version(NIV), The Living Bible, and The Century Version(CEV) are all simple to understand. Just look through at ths store first, that's what I do.

May God Bless you with Truth in the place of lies, Peace in the place of torment, Joy in the place of sorrow/dispair, Freedom in the place of bondage, and Love/ He does love you , you know, VERY MUCH!! † I will keep you in my prayers

you know i wont even speak on my discuss to some of these answers. God loves you no matter what you have done in your past. He see's our hearts. Man is the problem and thats why many believe there is no hope. God is a forgiving God. He never hates man, he hates the sin. If you are serious about trying to get your life right with God,(for one God knows us by our hearts), so if that is in your heart to have a relationship with Him and know Him for yourself, then God honors that. You need to get on your knees and truly repent in your heart and ask God for forgiveness of all your past sins. Just tell God you are truly sorry for your past mistakes. Tell Him you love Him and want to come into a relationship with Him. Ask Him to guide you in the right direction. The bible says in John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[a] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." That means if you believe that Jesus died on the cross for you then you shall receive eternal life in God. Many people fall short because they think God is a God who does whatever man tell them to do. We can ask God for all the things in the world and He won't give it if we are not in obedience. Trust in God and know that He hears your cry. Ask Him to place you in a church home where you can grow in Him spiritually. Ask Him to place you around people that can help you in the Lord. You also need deliverance. so look for a church home that doesn't have man-made doctrines but Holy, spiritual ones. so you can experience God at His best. Love you. I pray that God comes in your heart and He answer your plea to live for Him. May you be blessed. Feel free to email me with any othet questions.
