The people who make the claim that atheists are communists are just showing off very poor logic skills.
Some atheists were communists. I do believe that Marx believed that religion and communism did not mix. However, that does not make an atheist a communist. That is like saying monkeys are mammals, therefore all mammals are monkeys.

I don't think Atheism has anything to do with communism.
Not all communists are Atheist and not all Atheist are communist.
All Atheist would think and behave the same way if communist and they don't. They don't particularly agree with each other in a lot of area's other than there is no God.

I thought the cold "war" was over. I didn't know that Canada, Britain and Australia were communists. Learn something new every day.

It all depends on the person though I try not to judge anyone. Beliefs or the lack there of are a personal choice and should remain just that. I base my like or dislike of a person on their actions and attitudes not their personal belief system or the lack of one. I have friends that are Pagan, atheist and so on and so on. It all really just depends on the person and what they are like whether we mesh well or not.

I don't think they are communists. I know a few, and they are all nice people who do not attack my faith - just as I don't attack their lack of it. They are in no way communists.
