It is 1,000 times more potent... but 1,000 x 0 is still 0.

Prayer at any time is potent. Some feel mornings are more so because their mind is clearer since they are more rested. However I feel prayer is most potent when your whole heart is in it. The Bible tells us not to let your prayers be meaningless repetitions. In other words we should really talk with God, He wants to know about your life and what you are feeling and going through. I have conversations off and on all day long with God. He's my best freind and we talk constantly. Prayer is not just about asking for things, it's about praise, worry, thanks, and just about life in general. Talk to God as you would your best freind knowing that no matter what you say they love you and want the best for you.

I believe so. For me, I think it shows true devotion and faith in God when you get up at sunrise when all is quiet and take that time to pray to him.
But, all Prayers are potent if you are true in your intent and are seeking God and His Guidance...No matter what time. But it does take lots of effort to wake up early and put that special time aside for God everyday...
I Love the Sunrise and The Sunset and to me, these are perfect times to pray to God...But you can always pray and he will always listen no matter what time or where..he is just happy you are putting time aside to remember him and Thank Him...

Prayer is filled with power always IF is said with all your heart! We must believe, be sincere and try to act as HE wants us to act.
God loves us all and is waiting for our prayers not because HE doesn't know what we need but because HE wants us to come to HIM (HE created us, He gave us life, a beautiful planet to live on it...everything) HE is always waiting for us to say a word!
May His Love help us be real human beings!

Maybe as it is the beginning of the day. I think all prayers are important. Morning, evening, before meals, etc.

If it is, nobody would bother to pray at any other time than in the morning.
However, i think it is all in the habit of putting God first in all you do and also taking advantage of the freshness of the new day.
Yet, what happens when I've just finished a night vigil?
