It's possible, but at least by waiting you can have more time to re-evaluate the possible relationship with him. How you feel now may be completely different when you are 18. If you are still interested, when you are 18, and he's waited and willing to start a relationship with you still be careful!

It is possible that you can have a chance at a successful relationship, but consider how much more mature you probably are than him. Why are you even considering dating a minor that is 12 years younger than you? No offense, but that is a little strange. If I were you I would think about what you are asking here. Try to find someone closer to your age. If you are looking for a long term relationship with this boy, you might want to make sure he is ready for that. He is so young and he still has time to live life, love others, and establish a future. I don't think this is a good idea. Let it go. Don't rush him into something he isn't ready for. Let him live his life the way a 17 year old should. That doesn't include dating someone 12 years older than him. I am sure he can find someone his own age too. That much of an age difference may be hard to deal with if you establish a relationship with him when he turns 18. Just forget about it.

I say go for it, but you have to be mature about it. And i'm not positively sure you're on that level going by the questions you've asked in the past. But if you are the mature type then you definitely have a chance. I got my with boyfriend, under the same type of circumstances. And we've been together for nearly 3 years. I'll be 19 this year, and he'll be 31. And were still going strong! Good luck!

I would not try to have a chance. Judging by all your other questions you are a bit obsessed. Stop it. No I don't believe that you can have a valid relationship with someone who could go to jail in most states for being with you. That law is set for a reason. Because at 17 we lack the sense it takes to make clear judgment. You are still thinking with your heart and your hormones. Beware of this man and his intentions for you. Remember he has been in the game longer than you and knows just what to say to get you to follow and believe him. Please think with your brain and not your heart. Good luck.

Listen...you need to find a guy your own age, think about it...why would a 27 year old want to date someone who is over 10 years younger than him.... and its not because of your personality.

I'm 19 and a few months ago I was dating a 38 year old! Age affects things but it doesn't matter if you like eachother.
