Contact your local city or county health department. There are often dental clinics where people can get care at a reduced cost.
Also, if there is a dental assistant program, or school of dentistry in a college or university near you, they often offer cleaning and exams done by students at reduced prices. The kids need practical, hands-on experience, and this helps provide that. Check to be sure that the work is done under the supervision of a qualified dentist or instructor, of course.
