than before u got in a relationship? did having a gf/bf/partner make u feel that u need to be extra cautious about your appearance and hygiene, from big to small stuff?

I was extra careful before and after the relationship (marriage) but some men are just a little lower than a dog.

Nope. I can never ever leave my house without knowing im clean. I do care about my appearance around him sometimes though like when I stay the night with him and I wake up and my hair is all messed up. But im getting used to not caring what I look like when I wake up, im going to take a shower with him later anyway :P

when I first met my boyfriend, everything on me had to be perfect, and cute. I had my makeup done right, my hair done, cute clothes on...
But once you're in a long term relationship with this person, sometimes you can get too comfortable and let things slide. this question made me realize that I'm doing just that. Me and him live together with our 4 month old daughter... and there are days when I just slap my makeup on, throw my hair up, throw a white-beater (i hate the term wife-beater) on, and some shorts and call it a day. I guess I'm getting too comfortable in my environment.
He sees me in the morning when my hairs a mess, and whats left of my makeup is coming off (sadly to admit, lol) and when I dont get out of bed at all. lol.
