You are right. Confession is good for the soul and the psyche. On top of that, it also good to confess our sins for ecclesial and incarnational reasons.

Nah, I do my confession in private where God and I can hash it out on our own. But you go ahead and do that thing you do...save me some sacramental wine though. I like a nice strong , full bodied red.
